I stayed at the Prospect location for 2 weeks; May 2010. The villa was clean and well kept. It was good to have a housekeeper. The pool was good to have as an option. The location provided a view of the ocean but gave you the local vibe. The office staff was friendly and accomodating. I would stay here again in the future.

My mother, sister and my neice had the pleasure of staying at this supberb guest house. Errol the proprietor did all he could to accommodate our needs before we even arrived. The apartments are fantastic in size and have everything you need with a wonderful swimmimg pool, grounds with tables and umbrellas to enjoy your breakfast and fantastic HBO so if you feel like chilling out you won't be short of a movie to watch. We loved it there so much and the manager Fiona had alot to do with that. Incredably helpful she was/is and would check on us every day to see if there was anything we needed. She was so wonderful to us all and we miss her so much. This truly was a fantstic place to stay I would recommend it to everyone. It's in St james, its quiet, upmarket, the staff is fab and will go to great lengths to look after you, it truly is a home away from home on the island of Paradise. We loved it so much we are going back to stay in July. And not forgetting to mention that they lay on Barbeques in the evening which was a great way to meet our fellow holiday neighbours. My kids and I spent a wonderful week at Best E. Villas, Prospect during the period 18th - 25th October 09. We normally travel twice a year, but staying at home during the kids week break was the best decision made. At first we were weary of the idea of staycationing, but on meeting Fiona to view the property she removed any doubts that we had.
The kids, my friends that came to visit and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool facilities and the well manicured lawn.
Staying at Best E Villas, you have easy access to any part of the island, because of it's central location. The beautiful Paradise and Batts Rock Beach is within walking distance of the property. Take a bus to Bridgetown or Speightown for just $1.50
Mr. Best you have a very beautiful property, continue to maintain it, but most of all continue to make your customers feel at home away from home. I will recommend this property for family reunions, honeymooners, friends and small weddings.

Best E. Villas is such a great place to stay when in Barbados. It's located on a part of the Island that is easily accessible to great beaches, nightlife, shopping and just exploring the Island. Watching the monkeys do their daily rounds is a highlight in itself. Everyone at the Villas makes you feel at home, with attentive help for any of your needs. We just came back from our first trip to Barbados (other than passing through the airport)and we certainly recommend the island as a great spot for a family vacation, and we could not have picked a better spot to settle into than Best E Villas.

The villas are in a residential area, wonderfully quiet and peaceful, but just a five minute walk from the coastal highway with its frequent buses. When you get to the main road, it's just another couple of minutes to excellent swimming and snorkelling at Batts Rock Beach or along the beaches that stretch to the north. We found that we could also walk up through the University campus, and into pleasant residential areas on the hillsides above Prospect, where you can walk on quiet streets. You don't need a car to explore from here - there are lots and lots of buses - and you can walk to Jordan's supermarket in 20 minutes along the beach, as long as you don't mind wet feet ! The shops in Holetown are a short bus ride away, as is central Bridgetown.

Best E villas give you spacious, clean and well-equipped accommodation that you can settle into just like being at home. The garden is great for kids and adults alike and the pool area (though not large)is a fine place to hang out in the hot part of the day. For the evenings when it cools off a bit, you can't beat the upstairs patios with a view of the sunset. Errol, Winston and Fiona are great hosts, and count many of their guests as old friends. On an island that we found to be very hospitable and friendly, they set a very high standard for everyone else. From a cost perspective (we checked around...) there's no doubt that Best E Villas gives some of the best value accommodation to be found. Thanks to everyone there - and we'll surely be back at some point !

This is probably one of the best places to stay in barbados. It has everything you need to feel at home. Even the maid Fiona is one of the nicest persons i have ever met . Mr Best is also a ver pleasant person and very helpful.I have to personally thank him for making my month long stay in barbados such a wonderful one. It is not often that hotel/ villas promise the facilities they have on their website but Best. E Villas has it all. The rooms are always clean and there is modern amenities to the villas. Anytime i return to Barbados i will always stay at the Best E Villas. June 2007

Hi Errol,
Let me start by saying that you have a beautiful establishment, well kept and maintained. The two bedroom villas are more than enough for a family of four. The private balcony and front prouch view of the garden offer a nice relaxing area. We all loved the pool area, which was very calming and relaxing after or before a busy day of siteseeing on the island. The amenities you offer are great for a private villa, stove, microwave, washer, iron, villa safe and especially that great big 36 inch(approx) cable ready tv. Kids loved the cartoon network channel.
The Airconditioned rooms were much appreciated, regardless that during the night we had to turn them off cause we got to cold (smiling). Your availiability to meet our needs were outstanding and timely and we thank you for that. Even thought we didn't need the housekeeper, we meet her and she was very nice and helpful.
Overall my entire family enjoyed our stay at your establishment and would use your services again and again. Thank you...

Hi Errol, This was our second time at Best E Villas and the reason that we came back was because of the excellent hospitality provided by you and the way you made us feel at home. This trip was even better than our first and will certainly not be the last. We especially enjoyed our boat trip out on the HeatWave, swimming with the turtles and over the reef. The peace and quiet at the villas really made it for us a home from home and the excellent up keep and cleaness of the villas made it a real pleasure. Thanks so much for making sure that we were comfortable in every way and making us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend your place to anyone who does not want all the hustle and bustle of the hotels, but just wants simple peace and quiet. The price also makes it excellent value and the location makes the rest of the island very accessible by car or bus. The new buildings are of excellent standard too and it was nice to have a pool to cool down in just yards from our back door. The short walk to the beach is a real bonus too. Dear Errol

Best E. Villas is the best place to stay on the best island in the West Indies. The villas are on the west coast, high up on Green Ridge in Prospect, above the sea and the busy highway, so you dont have to suffer the noise of the traffic, yet they are only a 5 minute walk from the main road and Batts Rock beach, one of the best beaches on the island. The villas themselves, which are set in tropical gardens with swimming pool, are brilliantly designed having two levels with a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen and washroom on the ground floor, and two bedroom and bathroom with shower on the upper floor, which also has a balcony where you can sit and watch the sun set over the green tree tops into the horizon. There is everything you need, includng phone and internet connection, and if you want anything more you need only ask the owner, Errol or his brother Winston, who are unfailingly helpful, and Charmaine the house keeper always have the place clean and spotless.
